  1. Hi, this is Rajesh, I am reviewing since last year. It is a nice attempt. Congratulations!. I want to bring to your notice that in Inventory Discussion+, if the caller only asks the new or used cars, if it is a connected call and there are no other words of inventory, you can't mark it as "Yes" since people will attempt to discuss only with his/her agent whatever the case maybe. May it relates to refinance or about newly bought car or something else. Until unless there is no other exact words that you mentioned, we can't determine it is related to Inventory. You can find this in the Humanatic blog in questions and answers section.
